Below are the different states of the gateway LED depending on the operating condition

| blue | x | RFID inventory running | |
| blue / pink | x | RFID inventory running - disconnected from network | |
| During a factory Reset | |||

| white | x | resetting to factory defaults | |
| green | x | factory reset terminated (ready for manual reboot) | |
| blue / pink | x | device reset to factory defaults, waiting for new settings | |
